BidToMoon

Terms of Service

Template — have it reviewed by a lawyer for your jurisdiction before launch.

1. The service

BidToMoon sells advertising placements on a public leaderboard. Position is determined only by the amount paid, as described in the Rules. BidToMoon does not issue, sell, custody, recommend or endorse any crypto-asset.

2. Not financial advice

Listings are paid advertisements. Nothing on BidToMoon is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Crypto-assets are highly risky and you may lose all the money you put into them. Always do your own research.

3. Advertiser obligations

Anyone may bid on any listed coin; a bid does not make you its owner or representative. By bidding you confirm that, to your knowledge, the coin and its links are not fraudulent, and that promoting it is lawful where you are and where your audience is. You are responsible for any regulatory obligations attached to marketing your crypto-asset (for example white-paper and marketing-communication rules under the EU MiCA regulation).

4. Payments

Payments are made in stablecoins on public blockchains and are final. A placement is claimed when the payment is confirmed on-chain. There are no refunds, including when a listing is removed for breaching these terms or the Rules.

Bids placed and paid automatically by software agents (for example through the x402 payment protocol) are final and not refundable in the same way, including when the agent acted by mistake or beyond what its operator intended. Whoever runs the agent is responsible for the payments it makes.

5. Moderation

We may remove or hide any listing at our discretion, in particular scams, honeypots, impersonations, malware, phishing and adult content.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from listed tokens, third-party websites or blockchain networks.
